This not a job site potty. It is a nice event style with a corner seat and side urinal. It was clean and spacious. When set up, toilet paper was supplied. We were hosting an outdoors graduation party of about 30 people. To prevent the going in and out of our house, we contacted Snyder. Thank you

The guys came out and did a fantastic job super fast response time. I thought I needed a serious repair that was going to cost me $$$$. They look at it and gave me an honest opinion on the problem, which was a much smaller repair then I thought. We will defiantly continue to use Snyder Septic!!

I want to give kudos to Loren for the amazing customer interaction this morning and for her insight and knowledge. I also want to give kudos to Nick for his professional knowledge which I'm sure comes from years of experience. And for quickly working as a team to get our sprinkler issue repaired. Thank you for being sincere and looking over the entire septic system and sprinkler system. The only down fall is that Synder Septic doesn't currently cover Harris county for their maintenance program. I hope they will soon. I highly recommend Snyder Septic and can guarantee positive interaction if you get Nick and Loren to service your needs.

Will definitely be calling Snyder for all my septic needs. Very professional and responsive to all my questions. Be patient if you have to get on their waiting list. They called back within a week and and knocked out a cleaning/pump out in a couple hours.

I am very pleased with service and professionalism from James Hobbs with Snyder. I had my tanks sucked out and they made some small repairs of issues discovered in the process of the cover removal of the tanks. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Almost 2 months ago I had a complete septic system installed ..I had some quotes an some up grades I wanted...after meeting with James an Nick i was relieved an confidant this was the right choice..... even though it was the start of the rainy season they were able to get the tanks an everything in with low impact to may yard.... They explained everything an i was suprised how 3 guys could work in harmony...it went like clock work.....They started at 7.30 an were finished at 4:00......And this is not ez work... an as most companys will tell you the excess material is yours or pay someone to haul it off..It's a great up grade an I couldn't be happier....Thanks to these people....JOB WELL DONE!!!!

We needed septic repairs on Friday evening. James, owner, called us back and then came to our home on Saturday to help us diagnose the problem. The Snyder septic crew came out Monday and fixed our problems. This is a great company that works with honesty and integrity. I spoke with James today about the exceptional service his crew provided me recently. My problem was evaluated and repaired within a couple of days, the delay due to having to obtain parts. The crew were not only very responsive to my needs but also took time to explain the issues and went a step further to help me prevent future problems.No one enjoys break downs, but James and his personnel make it as good as it can be.Fair, responsive and very professional....

Edit to my original review.The new owner took it upon himself to make all my issues right. I’m glad that someone with the right business acumen took over and is doing what it takes to get this business back on track.Original review - Not sure how this place is still in business the way they talk to their customers. They’re very rude, they treat their customers with absolutely no respect and never return phone calls. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

James and his crew from Snyder Septic did a great job reconfiguring and installing new sprinkler heads in our yard. They were friendly and and courteous and got the job done quickly once the weather permitted the work to be done. They also took the extra time to come back and make sure that my yard was returned to the condition it was before the repairs. I would recommend their service to anyone that needs work done on their septic system.

I was pleasantly surprised that James answered my call on a late Saturday evening. The two servicemen he sent out were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. They fixed our septic system quickly and offered tips and advice to avoid future problems. I recommend Snyder Septic without hesitation.
